Steve Hussey – Class of 1968
Steve Hussey is a life-long resident of Perry Township attending 4 different elementary schools while living in the same house before graduating from Southport High School in 1968. He has three sisters who also graduated from Southport. He has been a lifetime member of the Southport High School Alumni Association since 2003. Steve and his wife Debbie have been married for almost 40 years. They have 2 sons and three grandchildren.
Steve graduated from Wabash College in 1972 receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his CPA license from the State of Indiana in 1979. He is recently retired from the accounting firm, Sherck, Hussey, Johnson & McNaughton, LLC, where he served the public accounting profession for 38 years, 32 years as a partner with the firm. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
