Austin attended Mary Bryan Elementary, Southport Middle School, and graduated from Southport High School.
Austin was heavily involved in theater throughout his time at Southport High School . He starred in several shows including Grease and Beauty and the Beast. Austin is pursuing a degree in English and Theater Education at Grand Canyon University.
Austin worked in nursing for 4 years before making the transition to Education. Austin currently serves as a Success Coach at Southport High School in the student services department and the Assistant Director of the Theater program as well as the Auditorium Director at SHS.
